CUSTOMIZATION:

All diploma displays are fully customizable. Additional mats can be added for an additional fee. There is no additional charge for mat or frame color adjustment. To order your custom combination please call 503-897-2735. To purchase recommended variations, please proceed to the "Universities" page and purchase via our secure server. List of mats and color.

DIPLOMA INFORMATION:

University Lithos does not provide diplomas. We provide unique diploma displays. Where "Your Diploma Here" appears, you will need to insert your diploma according to University Lithos Instructions.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION:

You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding which University Diploma the display is for, along with degree and graduation year. University Lithos will not be held responsible for incorrect mat size due to incorrect or incomplete information regarding diploma.

NAMES & TRADEMARKS:

All names and trademarks of the Universities and Colleges are property of said Universities and Colleges. University Lithos is not associated with any Universities or college. Names are used for description and identification purposes only.

IMAGE ACCURACY/LIABILITY:

University Lithos strives to keep an up to date library of images, however, some architectural or landscape changes may occur from the time of the illustration.

Larger diplomas (12" x 16" , 11" x 14" or 14" x 17" ) required the use of the double display and requires special mat cutting. If you need this special service please call us. Normally we are able to keep the price the same as for a double diploma display.

For the double display (two diplomas) the sizing can vary based on the size of the degrees planned for the display. From 26" W x 26" L to 29"W x 29" L. We can also cut openings in one double display for two different sized degrees.

GLARE RESISTANT GLASS, WHAT IS IT?

We do offer glare resistant glass as an option. We use the "Tru Vue" brand of glare resistant glass. This glass also offers a 45% reduction in UV ray penetration. Wether you use the regular glass or the "Tru Vue" glass your art print will stay vibrant for many years to come. We suggest not hanging the display where it gets constant sunlight during the day, long term constant sunlight will degrade the colors over time.

RETURN POLICY

Damaged shipments:

We do package extremely well and suffer very few damaged displays. However, if you’ve received a display that is damaged please call us immediately at 503-897-2735 or e-mail us at . Call FedEx and arrange a pick up to return the damaged display. We’ll immediately ship you a new display.

Non-Damaged

For non-damaged standard single or double diploma displays, we’ll accept returns without any restocking fee. All returns/refunds must be requested within 30 days of the shipping date. The full product price will be refunded. Shipping/handling or delivery charges will not be refunded. Any special cut displays will not be refundable. This would include displays for diplomas larger then 8.5” x 11”.

We recommend shipping the display back to us back in the same box and bubble wrap via FedEx ground insured for the entire value of the display. If the display is damaged on the return, you will file a claim directly with FedEx to recover the loss. We will not be responsible for displays damaged in return shipping.
